Our Story
There's something special about creating your own masterpiece especially when that masterpiece is you. Portraits & Pinot was born from a craving for creative self-care: a space where self-expression is celebrated, and where you can see yourself through a softer, more loving lens.
Using custom paint-by-numbers kits, you get the meditative joy of painting without any pressure of perfection. Whether it's a solo night, a girls' gathering, or a romantic date night this is your moment on canvas.
The Process

Fill out the order form below. Payment is sent via e-transfer to lock in your date. Orders placed 3–4 weeks in advance.
Send your best portrait photo following the photo guidelines. High-quality, well-lit, and clear. Face forward works best!

Photo Guidelines
The right photo makes all the difference. Follow these tips to ensure the most beautiful, detailed painting possible.
Bright, naturally lit photos work best. Avoid harsh shadows or dark images.
Choose a sharp, high-resolution photo. Blurry or pixelated images don't translate well.
A clean or neutral background keeps the focus on you and makes the painting more beautiful.
Straight-on or slight ¾ angle works best. Make sure your features are clearly visible.
Individual portraits work best. Group photos lose detail when simplified into paint-by-numbers.
Choose a photo where you feel confident, joyful, or beautifully yourself. This is your moment.

Also email your portrait photo(s) to portraits.pinot@gmail.com with your event name as the subject line.
Payment must be received at least 3 weeks before your event (4 weeks for groups of 5+).
No payment is processed here. You'll receive a confirmation email with e-transfer instructions. A deposit secures your date.
